As a client, I can’t say enough good things about their professionalism, management styles, thoughtfulness, and concern for my comfort and well-being. On top of all that, they love to laugh. When one is challenged with being homebound, that is fantastic energy to be around. And their coordinator Luz is the most helpful and pleasant “home base” person I’ve worked with in a long time. From the get go, [Interim Healthcare] provided outstanding personal and caring service. Much to my surprise, the initial orientation to Interim was an hour plus meeting at my home with them. The owners! That’s customer service! After that, each caregiver they assigned to me was prompt and pleasant. Someone like me, who had to be flexible with schedule, and needed, and could afford, maybe only four to five (very necessary) hours a week, is thankful indeed to have found Interim Healthcare of Santa Monica!
